STAIR TREADS

We offer stair treads in several levels of product finish:

#1) – Oversize – untrimmed, unsanded, & unfinished (parts will be made 1″-2″ oversize length for final trimming and sanding by customer)
#2) – Trimmed to final size, unsanded, & unfinished (parts will come exact final size, but unsanded and not finished)
#3) – Trimmed and sanded (parts will come final size and machine sanded to 120 grit, but will require some final light sanding and finish)
#4) – Trimmed, sanded, and ready for finish (we take care of every step up to the final finish, which is done by the customer)
#5) – Finished, ready to install (This is our most expensive option, but all you have to do after receiving the parts is to install them into place – no finishing needed)
#6) – Turn-Key! We can quote installation as well. Please note that installation work onsite is billed on a by-hourly basis (we will provide an estimate of total hours and cost to complete the job before proceeding). Our onsite work is charged at $75.00/hr plus Hst 13%.
